First, the part in their lyrics that stand out the most to me (translated into English of course):
"When I said goodbye, my heart was in pain. When the summers pass, fall will hover about. And alone, you'll look back at the photographs, as the winters pile up and the springs scatter."
Second, my personal interpretation:
It seems to put into words the stages of heartache throughout the passing of time. What one had during the summer will pass and be gone. Then the feelings and emotions are still up in the air, deciding where to fall, just like leaves in autumn. Then photographs, or memories finally begin to come out and lay themselves before ones eyes, final confrontation, the cold hard truth, the torturous winter. Then spring, rebirth, renewal, scattering of the old memories, moving on.
This is one of the reasons why I enjoy AKFG so much. Music nowadays focuses a lot around love, and it has become so popular, that it often loses meaning, it often just blends in with the millions of other love songs proclaiming eternal love or heartache. With so much hidden meaning accompanied with a nice jpop sound, this one song possesses not only a tune you can dance to, but also words to soothe the soul.
Enjoy :)
That's all...for now.
